No Refund Policy

Scope of the Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made from Karmic Project either in store or on our website [http://karmicproject.org]. It is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States of America.  By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.

Exceptions

All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

  • Products are defective or damaged when delivered.
  • Items delivered are not as described on the website.

To qualify, you must report issues within 15 days of delivery with photographic proof of the problem.

Items Without Exceptions

Certain products and services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances, including, but not limited to:

  • Custom made or personalized items.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Digital downloads.

Eligibility for Exchanges or Store Credit

If a product does not meet your expectations, we may offer an exchange or store credit under certain conditions. Items must be in the same quality as when shipped, repacked in the same or original packaging, and returned within 30 days from the purchase date. Please note that the purchase date is the date that the order is placed, not the date that you received the item or determined that you were unsatisfied.

Shipping Costs and Damage

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged in transit or the wrong item was shipped. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If an item is received damaged by the shipper, you must *immediately notify us* by sending us a photo of the packaging *prior to opening it*.  We need this information in order to start a claim against the shipping company. Items that are damaged but do not have photos of the damaged packaging are not eligible for return or refund!

Time Frame for Reporting Defects

All issues, such as defects or damage, must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the product to be eligible for resolution.
